10 years ago now, in June 1994, Roisin Murphy and Mark Brydon met in a club in Sheffield and decided to form Moloko. Roisin’s first approach to Brydon became the famous sentence which gave a name to their first album: “Do you like my tight sweater? See how it fits my body”.

Mark Brydon had a solo career in Sheffield as producer and remixer before his encounter with Roisin. The duo achieved an explosive and original mix of different styles from Funk, Electro, Hip Hop, Jazz, to Dance with their debut album in 1995.
