25 years ago today, on the 8th of October 1977, The Clash produced the recording of their song “Complete Control” from the album “Rocker’s Galore” with legrendary reggae producer Lee “Scratch” Perry. Perry is supposed to be the first to mix Dub recordings during the late 60’s. The song reached # 28 in the UK charts.
