Unschooled Records is one of the most interesting and commited electronica labels in the US today and Doofgoblin is one of their most promising artists on board.
Doofgoblin is the project of John Gulino who locked himself in his home studio to customize software synthesizers and collect junk musical hardware.
In this third work the artist builds a collection of abstract electronica micro-pieces in a very architectural manner with the use of breakbeats, clicks and cuts, noises, bell-percussions, and sequences.
A very energetic and sharp work that may please the followers of the work of artists such as Autechre, Taylor Deupree, and F�nkstorung, to name a few.
