Jon Anderson working on Trance album

Vocalist and musician Jon Anderson, known as the singer of legendary progressive band Yes, has lately announced that he is currently starting a project of Cosmic Trance music.
Anderson said that the album will be “Not Rave but Trance”. “There’s an audience ready for that kind of music and it’s going to be very exotic and it’s going to be transforming and transcendental.” he said in a recent interview via msn chat.
Jon Anderson has recorded numerous music styles throughout his long career, including progressive rock, electronic, latin, funk, celtic, etc… In 1976 he recorded the legendary solo album “Olias of Sunhillow” considered to be of the most innovative albums from the 70’s, where he played more than 20 instruments himself and fussioned electronic music with ethnic styles, progressive music, and rock.
