New Movie about Joy Division’s Ian Curtis

A movie is in the making to chronical the life of Ian Curtis, the former frontman for Joy Division. It’s being made by producer Amy Hobby and Neil Weisman, and Moby is set to be the movie’s musical advisor. The movie is expected by early next year.
Ian Curtis was only the age of 23 when he commited suicide before seeing Joy Division do their first tour. After his death, the group changed their name to New Order .
