Roisin Murphy from the popular group Moloko will be pre-releasing her
solo album in a series of three limited edition EPs early this year.
The regular CD is set to be released in May 2005. The first EP is
already available and is titled "Sequins1". Each EP will have four
songs from the upcoming album and will be available in six-week
intervals.

The new album "Sequins" was produced by Matthew Herbert. Herbert says,
"Having worked on several Moloko remixes from as early as 1996 Roisin's
voice had become a familiar friend, I had always loved the ease with
which it sat in the textures of the sounds I work with. To work on her
solo record struck me as the perfect place to try and mix proper
musical charisma with noises not often heard on the radio."
